Building Partnerships
Today many companies talk about economic development partnerships, but this is not a new philosophy at DEMCO; we've been developing business that way for more than 65 years. We have not lost that focus as we have expanded our services. Today we are still committed to partnerships that ensure economic development, more jobs, and a brighter future.

DEMCO is here to help existing businesses expand and to help attract new business to our local communities. This economic development objective allows DEMCO to help the community with expanding job opportunities, strengthening the local economy, and improving our area's quality of life.

For prospective businesses and industries, DEMCO offers a full-time staff of business development, engineering, and operational professionals to provide value-added services to promote economic growth in our service area. Load requirements are analyzed and new facilities, including new substations or transmission lines, are designed and constructed to meet the power needs of companies planning to locate within DEMCO's service area.
