The DEMCO Member Handbook is a guide that explains the entire process of providing electric service to our members. The handbook lists DEMCO's office locations with hours of operation, standard terms and conditions for electric service, city/parish permit requirements, electric rates for all levels of service, service entrance specifications, meter pan information, and wiring. It also contains a section that features our helpful products and services. The handbook also reflects the DEMCO tariffs filed with the Louisiana Public Service Commission in layman's terms.
