Start Service

An application for electrical service is required from all DEMCO members.

For additional information or assistance, please call our Member Service Center at 1-844-MyDEMCO, 1-844-693-3626, option #3. You can also apply in person at any DEMCO member service center, open Monday-Friday, 8AM-12PM, 1:00PM-4:30PM. (closed 12PM-1PM)

Stop Service

To disconnect service, please login to your MyDEMCO account with the button below and complete the form.

Please make your request at least 3 working days in advance of the desired disconnect date and no further in advance than 25 days. For additional information or assistance, please call our Member Service Center at
1-844-MyDEMCO, 1-844-693-3626, option #3.
